9th-15th May 2022 is Mental Wellbeing Awareness week – there are simple, powerful ways we can help address this year’s theme of Loneliness. There are some fantastic resources out there for organisations and individuals to use to help in this area. One I find very powerful is WRAW (Workplace Wellbeing and Resilience) and how their quick snapshot report is affordable and accessible to all.
Our Personal Development is as if we were a newborn
Recently I have had the wonderful privilege of becoming an aunty. Watching my nephew develop in his first few months of life has been amazing; especially as his sight and hearing develop and he becomes more aware each day of his surroundings and of the people around him.
Acceptance – it’s impact in the workplace
Acceptance gives us the ability to be calmer, to be more curious as to what a situation is actually bringing us. To be more open minded and adaptable and to have the ability to have a ‘thought through’ action not an immediate reaction. Which in turn makes us much more effective, more impactful and leaves us feeling much more fulfilled.
