She has been at world renowned Institute of Integrative Nutrition studying over 100 dietary theories, learned innovative coaching methods and practical lifestyle management with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

She has also studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the Science of Well-Being at Yale University, and The Foundation of Mindfulness at Rice University.

She is an Ambassador for the UK International Health Coaches Association and a member of both The International Association of Health Coaches and The Association for Coaching.
