Combining over 20 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry and many years working in people development, has led me to where I can bring both my lived experience and professional expertise to my work as an executive coach, facilitator, and trainer.

When in my corporate career I turned to coaching to help me navigate personal and professional challenges that were preventing me from living as my authentic self. The experience was transformational - it enabled me to discover my core values, adopt empowering beliefs, and begin living a life aligned with who I truly am.

I'm deeply passionate about personal development, building meaningful relationships, and inspiring others to be their best selves. Having experienced the profound impact of coaching firsthand, I then trained as a coach myself in order to support individuals who are ready to elevate their lives, unlock their full potential, and lead with strength and authenticity.

With a corporate career of over 20 years in leadership positions in Drug Discovery and Project Management, Irene brings to her coaching and facilitation, her seasoned project manager experience of working within matrix organisational structures, and understanding of efficient delivery expectations and working within set timelines.
