Wellbeing and Resilience at Work (WRAW)
This is a validated and powerful psychometric assessment of resilience and the impact of wellbeing in the workplace. WRAW addresses the impact on flexible thinking, future focus and strong relationships that Wellbeing and Resilience has and how to proactively build and maintain that. Reports can also show how a leader creates pressure points on the team and how to alleviate this. Helping individuals and organisations build a sustainable, Healthy High Performance in the business which results in a positive ROI. The benefits of investing in health and wellbeing are reduced sickness absence, better morale and engagement, and a healthier and more inclusive culture. In support, we run Individual, Team or Organisation reports and debrief workshops to achieve the goals.

Thomas DISC PPA Assessment
The Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) provides information on an assessment taker's fears, motivators, values and behavioural style using four main profile factors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. This Behaviour assessment gives you an accurate insight into how your people behave at work enabling you to:
- Recognise behavioural patterns when working under pressure
- Improve communication between all members of the team
- Recognise individual employee motivators
- Identify areas for development
- Act as a support to the recruitment process

Thomas High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI)
The HPTI, helps identify leadership potential by exploring a person’s personality traits and provides an insight into how suited they may be for a given job role or position. The assessment will assess help you identify self-motivated, highly-driven individuals, develop future leaders and inform succession planning. It will also help answer questions such as:
- Will your hire cope under pressure?
- Do they accept tried-and-tested or find new ways to achieve?
- How well do they deal with risk and confrontation?
- Who is best suited to a target-driven environment?
