Awards News!

Ella Jaczynska

I’m absolutely thrilled to share that I’ve been shortlisted as a Finalist in the 2025 Best Business Women Awards in the category of Best Female Leader!

Whether it’s self-leadership with integrity and purpose, supporting and inspiring our associate group, or driving forward complex programmes and projects – I’ve always believed that leadership starts from within.

Being shortlisted for this award means so much to me. I’m committed to living and working by the very principles I help my clients instil in themselves: resilience, impact, and bringing out the best.

To have this approach recognised at such a prestigious level is incredibly humbling and energising.

A heartfelt thank you to the Best Businesswomen Awards for this honour – and congratulations to all the other incredible finalists!

We are also thrilled to share that the judging panel at the Personnal Today Awards have recognised Mastering Mindsets’ leadership development programme with RGHI! Our collaboration with Reckitt Global Hygiene Institute Fellows is in the running for the Learning & Development Award – Smaller Employer.

Our shared commitment to meaningful, mindset-driven development has earned us this recognition. We shape everything we do with purpose and build it for lasting impact.

It’s been a privilege to partner with RGHI to co-create and deliver a unique learning experience. Together, we have supported and empowered research fellows to lead with confidence, purpose, clarity and resilience. These are qualities we believe are foundational to both personal and organisational success.

A huge thank you to the Personnel Today Awards for this honour, and congratulations to all the inspiring finalists!
