Having studied and worked as a theatre actor and director, my passion for understanding human behaviour made me explore what pushes and drives people even in the most challenging moments. With a need to push myself further I explored a fall back plan other than the arts and stepped into the world of business, coaching and Leadership Development; I had no idea would it become my true passion. Now, using a combination of cognitive behavioural tools, coaching and business operating models, I put the client in the driving seat, empowering them to take ownership and proactive steps towards their desired success.
