Combining over 35years of Business, Leadership Development and Coaching experience has led me to where I can offer something that I believe will enable impactful transformation in others.

Like all of us, I faced the relentless workplace challenges and had to choose whether to step into it, find ways past apparent hurdles or turn away. At times I felt stuck, demotivated, frustrated and lost. I found my ways to overcome this, firstly by being a coachee, and then training in coaching and leadership development, and it transformed the way I managed myself and others. Seeing the impact it had made me passionate to pass it on to others. This was when I decided to take a new direction in my career and set up my own Coaching and Leadership Development company. And I haven’t looked back.

A corporate career spanning nearly 25yrs at GlaxoSmithKline pharmaceuticals, holding several senior global leadership positions within Research & Development.

My experience in global management, governance, leading change, and driving Healthy High Performance all come into the way I have been facilitating and coaching since 2010.

I am the Founder, Managing Director and Principal Progression Partner of Managing Mindsets.
